Hi Adolph. I cut all my hair off again. I'm on what I hope will be my last battle with the relaxer. Life is short and now my hair is too.

I hope we will use this blog to be an inspiration to ourselves and others. I've loved everything you've written thus far.

Looking for a great resource on the web? Check out www.refdesk.com. This is a great website. I check it out everyday and read news from China, France, Iran and elsewhere. It's great to get the views of media other than U.S. media. My favorites are BBC, Reuters and the daily trivia they have on the site. It is a great one stop shop on the internet.

Also, if anyone has the opportunity to offer help, prayer or just a kind word today please do so. Stay positive and be an inspiration to others.

Love and blessings.

Tracey.
